Policy and Advocacy CommitteeThe Policy and Advocacy Committee is comprised of the 28 Florida Community College Presidents. The FACC Legislative Committee Chair, FACC President, and the FACC Trustee Commission Chair shall serve ex-officio, as non-voting representatives to aid the committee in fulfilling its responsibilities. The committee will, based on the work of the Council of Presidents and its sub-groups, and with input from the FACC and others, develop and affect public policy for the achievement of the mission and goals of Florida’s community colleges. The Policy and Advocacy Committee will strive to impact policymaking by promoting near and long-term community college policy agenda and the community college legislative agendas. |
