Deposit Policy: Fees must be paid in full at time of registration.

Cancellation Policy: Fees will be refunded in full if the notice of cancellation is received by FACC in writing prior to September 30, 2010. Cancellation between October 1 - October 31 will result in a refund of fifty percent (50%) of full registration fees. No refunds will be made on cancellations after October 31, 2010.

Exhibit Requirements: All exhibits must be completely set up by noon, Wednesday, November 17, 2010. No packing or dismantling of exhibits will be permitted before 3 p.m., Thursday, November 18, 2010. Exhibits must be removed from exhibit area by 5 p.m. on November 18, 2010.
